Refund Policy

Things go wrong sometimes — a box arrives dented, or an order gets confused. Here's exactly how we sort that out.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Order arrived damaged, defective, or not what was confirmed? Call within 7 days of delivery and we'll sort a replacement or refund.

How to request a refund

STEP 1

Call (877) 774-1196 with your order reference and what went wrong.

STEP 2

Our team checks the order details and confirms a refund, replacement, or exchange.

STEP 3

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Unopened products

Unopened, unused products in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, minus any shipping already spent, once confirmed with our team.

Opened or used products

For health and safety reasons, we can't take back opened or used strips unless what arrived was damaged, defective, or wrong.

No email, no online return form — every refund or return goes through our phone line so our team can actually talk it through with you.

Bulk & distributor orders

Refunds and replacements on bulk or distributor orders follow whatever was agreed when the order was confirmed. Reach your LN Pharmaceuticals rep directly, or call the number below.

Cancelling an order

Want to cancel before it ships? Call us as soon as you can — we'll do what we can if it hasn't gone out yet.
